From the South:

Take Highway 515 North to Maddox Drive (First Traffic light). Turn Left on Maddox Drive and follow all the way to Industrial Boulevard. Turn Left on Industrial Boulevard and immediately take a Left on Old Hwy 5 (South Main Street). Gilmer Nursing Home is located on the right 1/4 mile south.

From the North:

Take Highway 515 South to Maddox Drive (Second Traffic light). Turn Right on Maddox Drive and follow all the way to Industrial Boulevard. Turn Left on Industrial Boulevard and immediately take a Left on Old Hwy 5 (South Main Street). Gilmer Nursing Home is located on the right 1/4 mile south.

From the West:

From the East:
